Information
The 20th annual Edmonton Centennial Challenge Cup table hockey tournament will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Rosario's pub in downtown Edmonton (11715C 108 Ave). This year's edition is also the 2024/25 Stiga North American Championships.
We will begin at 9:00 am. Two round robins will be played for a total of around 30 pre-playoff games. Playoffs are all best-of-sevens in all Pools. This is a Player's Choice tournament. As in ETHL tournaments in the past, schedules are set up so that there are minimum figure changes between games (one overall change per round robin) and scores are kept by each player on his scoresheet, so you'll get the maximum amount of games in a minimum of time!
Tentative schedule
- 9:00 - 12:00 First round robin
- 12:00 - 12:45 Lunch break
- 12:45 - 2:00 Second round robin
- 2:00 - 2:30 Break
- 2:30 - 5:30 Playoffs and award ceremony
There will be trophies for the top 3 finishers in each group and there will be prizes for everyone at the end of the day. In past years, these prizes have included autographed sticks from the Oilers, NHL T-shirts, NHL DVDs and various other NHL memorabilia.
The deadline for registrations is Wednesday, September 4th. Entry fees are $40 CDN ($35 for CTHA and USTHA members, $25 for ETHL members) and $30 for first time players.
Payment can be sent by Paypal to [email protected], e-transfer or by cheque or money order in CDN funds, to
